Job Summary
The Universal Banker delivers exceptional customer service by performing both teller and personal banking duties. This role processes financial transactions, assists with account services, and helps customers find the right banking solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service for all customer transactions.

Open, close, and maintain deposit accounts in compliance with bank policies.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Handle cash accurately and balance drawer daily.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and security compliance.

Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.

Monitor for and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills; ability to learn banking systems.
Work Environment
Full-time position in a professional branch setting. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
